For both experienced instructional designers, and also those who might be new to learning design, this course offers practical and creative learning activities that work well in virtual classrooms, no matter which software platform you use. You will take away templates and resources to use in your courses, all adaptable to your branding.
Virtual & Remote Team Leadership
Leading a virtual or remote team requires effective connections, empathic communications, establishment of team tools and routines and a confident online presence. You will learn how to maintain engagement with your team members, set up accountability plans and ensure your online coaching translates to a high performing team.
Producing Engaging Webinars & Virtual Conferences
If you’re stuck for ideas or don’t know how to create a highly engaging live online event (webinar, focus group, conference), then this is the course for you. You will learn how to set up the software, craft communications, prepare facilitators, guest speakers and participants, and deliver virtual events that will be remembered and talked about.
